Peacefully on December 6, 2002 after a five year struggle with multiple myeloma. She was surrounded by family, friends and blanketed by her special quilt. Mom will be sadly missed by her children Alan of Toronto, Derek of Courtney, Mark of Montreal West and Janet of Guelph and their spouses Christie, Marcela, Gillian and Tom. She will be fondly remembered as Meme to nine grandchildren, as dear sister by her brothers Duncan and Gault McTaggart and as a friend by many in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and St. Adolphe d'Howard. A service in celebration of Naomi's life will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Ste. Agathe des Monts on Saturday, December 21 at 2 p.m. Donations to the McCarty Cancer Foundation.
