Veteran WWII - RCAF Peacefully, Tuesday, December 10, 2002 after a brief illness, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Zoe Adelaide Constance Smallhorn. Deeply loved father of Barbara (Jim), Susan (Steve) and Cathy (Phil). Dearest Grandpa of Steve, Lucie (Rod), Christina, Stephanie, and Grace. Dear friend of Sara. We will miss him terribly. Special thanks to Dr. Peter MacDonald and to Cheryl Marvin for their loving care over the past years, and to the fourth floor staff of the Queensway-Carleton Hospital. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Road, Kanata, Friday after 2 p.m. A Service in Memory of Charles will be held Friday in the Chapel at 4 p.m. Donations to the Queensway-Carleton Hospital Foundation Emergency Department appreciated.
