Peacefully at the home of his son James in Orleans, on Thursday, December 12, 2002 at the age of 71 years. John Robert Goodman of Martintown, Ontario. Beloved husband of Patricia Ross. Loving and devoted father of James (Laurie), Michael (Carol), (predeceased by daughter Beverley), Bruce (Gauri Sreenivasan), Bonnie (Ian Henderson). Loving and devoted grandfather of Jennifer, Melissa, Patrick, Erica, Elizabeth and Mallika Goodman, Kento, Sean and Charlotte Henderson. Loving son of Ernie Goodman and the late Euphemia Nisbet (Lake of Two Mountains, Que.) and loving brother of Violet Schafer (Chic). Will be sadly missed by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph boulevard, Orleans, Ontario. Visitation hours Saturday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Orleans United Church, 1111 Orleans Blvd., Orleans, Monday December 16th at 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in the spring of 2003 followed by interment at the North Branch Cemetery in Martintown.
