Of Calgary, Alberta. It is with great sadness the family announces Lakshmi's sudden death in a tragic train accident on December 13, 2002 while visiting family in India. Cherished husband of Krishna. Beloved father of Nilabh and his wife Tanuja, Minni and her husband Ram, Amitabh and his wife Sarita. Loving grandfather of Nikhil, Nilika, Rohan, Namisha, Shalini and Anisha. Cremation ceremonies were performed in New Delhi on December 16, 2002. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
