Suddenly in hospital on Wednesday, December 18, 2002, aged 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Charles. Loving aunt of Jack Keays (Elizabeth). Also survived by other family members in the United States and Norway. At Hazel's request, there will be no visitation or service. Her remains will be interred in Mountain View Cemetery, Thunder Bay, Ontario. Arrangements entrusted to the Tubman Funeral Homes. The Ottawa Citizen, 21-12-2002
