"Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory of the Coming of the Lord" Phil passed away peacefully, at home, on Friday, December 20, 2002 after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by his children: Pamela O'Donoughue (Mark), Guy (Gaynor), Jeremy (Michele), Paul and Maxwell, by his grandchildren Jeffrey (Daniele), Jennifer (Keith) and Jonathon (Rae), and by his "beautiful little girls" great-granddaughters Takara and Hannah. He will be greatly missed by his special friends Anne Keable, Carola and Ken Krebs and family and Vince Sedmak. A celebration in honour of his military service and in thanksgiving for his life will be held on Friday, December 27, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at the Kelowna Legion Branch #26, 1380 Bertram Street, Kelowna, B.C. Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. A Memorial Service will be held in Ottawa at a later date. Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion (Poppy Fund).
