(nee Tapp) Formerly of Ottawa. Suddenly at home (Newmarket, ON) on Saturday, December 21, 2002. Frances Tapp age 75. Beloved wife of Dr. Kenneth Hobbs. Loving mother of Janet, Michael, Donald, Stephen and Sarah (Mike Nethercott). Cherished grandmother of Ian, Emma, Alex, Paige and Cole. Dear sister of Bernie, Jean (Lane), Don and Rita (Dittmar). Predeceased by her parents Henry H. Tapp and Margaret (Black), step-mother Helen (Myles), sister Veronica (Cuddy), brothers Eric and Martin, daughter Deborah and granddaughter Carmen. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Ave (west of Carlingwood) Friday, December 27, 2002 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral arrangements to be completed.
