Suddenly after a brief illness Mom passed away on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2002 at the age of 81. Fern was the wife of the late Keith Buchanan and daughter of the late Wesley and Myrtle Davidson. She will be missed by her four daughters, Lynn Curtis (Gary), Faye Hutt (Glenn), Bonnie Adams (Lee) and Kathy Hoffman (Brian). She was proud Grandma to 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 6971 Bank Street, (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Saturday in the Chapel for Service at 10 a.m. Private interment Maple Ridge Cemetery. Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be most appreciated.
