Suddenly at home, on Tuesday, December 24, 2002 in her 85th year. Doris Adeline McKenzie (nee Duncan) most beloved wife of the late Charles McKenzie. Much loved mother of Arthur (Dori), Thomas, and Janet MacDonald (Lincoln). Devoted Gram to Blair and Allison McKenzie and Caileigh and Quintin MacDonald. Dear sister of Stanley Duncan (Helen) and the late Charles Duncan (Eileen), sister-in-law of Douglas McKenzie (Frances). Special friend Lorraine. Mother will always be remembered for how she enriched our lives with her great love of teaching and painting, how she instilled in us the value and importance of family, friends and the church and especially the love, pride and joy she felt and shared with her grandchildren. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Westboro United Church, 450 Churchill Avenue, on Monday at 11 a.m. Private interment.
