Peacefully in Almonte General Hospital with his family at his side, on Saturday evening December 28, 2002 at age 72. Stanley Howard Buffam, beloved husband of Sharon McCreary. Loving father of Deborah (Christopher) Holmes and Cindy (Billy) Seaman. Dear Grampa of Brian, Jason, Alexander, Shannon, Laura, Bethany and Adrian. Dear brother of Frances (Tom) Watkins, Walter (Betty) Buffam and Joy Maude. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Ernest, Norman, Reginald, Earl, Ross, Fred, Meredith, Lynwood, Wallace, Allan and by sisters Florence Debenham, Jean Groves and May Buffam. Friends may call at the Kerry Funeral Home, 61 Lake Avenue West, Carleton Place for visiting New Years Day, Wednesday, January 1, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Kerry Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Spring interment United Cemeteries, Carleton Place.
