at age 77, died December 28, 2002, in Orlando, Florida. Phil is survived by his loving wife Joyce, daughter Darla (Ross Robertson), of Atlanta, Georgia. Grandchildren Tara of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Scott (Alisha) and great-grandson Garrett of Atlanta; in-laws Gerald and Frances Armstrong of Quebec City and Milton Gallup of Kanata, Ontario, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in the spring at Kanata United Church, Kanata, ON. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
