RAINVILLE, André The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, Tuesday September 17, 2002 at the age of 64 years. Son of the late Adrien Rainville and of the late Alberta Rainville (née Legault). Husband of Marguerite Jean Rainville (née Gosman) of St. Charles. Loving father of Diane Brosseau of Sudbury, Yvette Jolivet (husband Jean-Guy) of Nelson B.C. and Elaine Reiffer (husband Kevin) of Surrey B.C. He will be dearly missed by his step children, Christopher White (wife Michelle) of Sudbury, Gary White (wife Jennifer) of Texas and Richard White of Australia. Predeceased by his son, Robert. Dear brother of Rita Trusz (husband Mike predeceased) of Lindsey, Jeanne Gignac (husband Fernand) of Ottawa and Solange "Sally" Lapointe (husband Maurice) of Sturgeon Falls, Paul Laquerre of Vancouver and Claire Dubé (husband André) of Montréal. Predeceased by his sister Thérèse Tremblay (husband Fred predeceased) and by his brothers Alpha Laquerre (wife Esther predeceased), Alcide Laquerre and Louis Laquerre (wife Aurore of Sudbury). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 9 grandchildren and by his 2 great grandchildren. Mr. Rainville was a construction heavy equipment crane operator. A person who loved life, he will be remembered for having a good sense of humour and also for being a great story teller. He enjoyed music, fishing and dancing. André will be sadly missed by many friends and by his best buddy Ron Poulin and Dorothy. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. East (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday September 20, 2002 at 8 p.m. in the Bishop Roger Despatie Chapel at the Co-Operative Funeral Home, Sudbury.
