SLEEMAN, Marion Passed away at the General Hospital, Sault Ste. Marie on May 3, 2002 at the age of 82 years. Marion is leaving behind her husband of 55 years, W. Leonard Sleeman, her daughter Sharon McIlveen, and her two sons Christopher and Robert all of Markham, Ontario. Marion’s friends and acquaintances are scattered from British Columbia to New Brunswick, and mainly throughout Northern Ontario from Sleeman, Kirkland Lake, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Mississauga and finally to Sault Ste. Marie. Many of her friends are in the Southern United States. In view of the above there will be no Memorial Service in Sault Ste. Marie. Marion’s family wish to express their sincere appreciation for the kindness shown not just the tender, loving care of people, e.g. Doctors, Nurses, Nurses Assistants, but also particularly the large number of people, e.g. accounts, kitchen, dining room and maintenance staff from the Davey Home, Van Daele Nursing Home, the hospital, and home care people who made life a bit more acceptable and was much appreciated.
