Rudy DERHAK

Rudy Derhak Rudy Derhak passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002 in New Westminster B.C., where he was residing with his daughter and son-in-law. Born in Ethelbert Man., Rudy grew up in Fort Frances, Ont. and had resided in Thunder Bay, Ont. for the past 30 years. He was a member of Plumbers and Fitters Local #628. Rudy was predeceased by his wife, Mary. He will be sadly missed and remembered by his children, Walter (Valerie) of Ottawa, Ont., Paul (Joanne) of Dawson City, Yukon, and Teresa (Jasper) of New Westminster, B.C.; and family and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002 when friends and family will gather for Divine Liturgy at 9 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Cross, celebrated by Very Rev. Bilinski. Services will be complete in the church, with interment to take place in Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make in memoriam donations to the Northwestern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the charity of choice.
