CONVEY, Wendy Jane In loving memory of Wendy Jane Convey who passed away October 11, 2002 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Fred Steeves, mother of Janelle (Mark Shipman) and Aaron (Angela Bucci), grandmother of Emily Bucci-Anthony and Leslie Shipman. Sister of Karen (Ross, Jordan Smith) and George (Shirley and George Jr. Convey). Daughter of Lorraine and William Hatley. A special "Thank You" to friends Patsy Rhimmer and Tracey Bradley. Your kindness and compassion will be forever remembered. To Dr. Ivan Stewart and the staff of St. Mary’s of the Lake that made all our lives a little brighter knowing how well Wendy was cared for and to Dr. Jalink and the staff of K.G.H. Intensive Care Unit - We thank you. Cremation has taken place, final internment to be held at a later date in Thunder Bay Ont. In lieu of flowers as a expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St. Mary’s of the Lake Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
