At the Janet MacDonell Pavilion on Wednesday, November 6, 2002. In loving memory of Marcel Gérald Beauregard of 231 Gardner Avenue; age 67 years, a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend who fought cancer like a lion and who left us for his eternal home like a lamb, (former employee of Domtar Specialty Fine Papers). Beloved husband of the former Beverly Lascelle. Dear father of Elaine (Mrs. Richard Langlois) of Gatineau, Québec, Luc Beauregard (Kathy Pender) of Kanata and André Beauregard of Ottawa. Predeceased by his son Marc Beauregard. Cherished grandfather of Angela, Melissa, Brian and Caroline Beauregard and Marc, Lisa and Patrick Langlois. Sadly missed by his godchildren, Sylvie Groulx and Giles Lascelle. Dear son of Lucien Beauregard and the late Emilienne Gagné. Dear brother of, Jeannine (the late Ken Baker), Yolande (Mrs. Bob Legault) and Liette (Mrs. Conrad Groulx), Yvon Beauregard (Iona) all of Cornwall. Cremation. The family will be in attendance at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (933-2841) from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday only. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 in St. Peter’s Church at 10 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Janet MacDonell Pavilion would be appreciated by the family.
