Beloved husband of the former Marjorie Barnes. Dear father of Sawentanon, Teiohontsiakwente, Nikaiataa and Niiohontaa Skidders all at home. Dear son of the former Marita Hopps and the late Alexander Skidders. Dear brother of Richard Skidders (Sheree) and Matthew Skidders (Dawn) both of Cornwall Island, Lorraine (Mrs. Ernie Gambill) of R. R. #3, Cornwall Island and Honey (Mrs. Kyle MacLeod) of Cornwall. Predeceased by three brothers, Charles, Lawrence (Larry) and Alexander Skidders. Resting at his residence, R. R. #3, Cornwall Island from 7 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Thursday, October 10, 2002 for Service in the Mohawk Nation Long House, Hogansburg, New York at 11 a.m. Interment, Long House Cemetery, Cornwall Island.
