LOWE, JAMES JOSEPH - The death of James Joseph Lowe of Barnesville, husband of Audrey (Totten) Lowe occurred April 30, 2005 at his residence. He was born at Saint John, son of the late Daniel and Mary (Vautour) Lowe. James was a self employed heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed playing the guitar and entertaining. Surviving besides his wife Audrey are five daughters Valerie Collins (Gary) of Barnesville, Joanne Kinney (Greg) of Hartland, Camilla Hanson (Don) of Sussex, Gwendolyn Whittaker (Brent) of Grove Hill Road, Shelley Sparks of Quispamsis; two sons James Lowe (Sharon) of Loch Lomond, Hartley Lowe (Donna) of Barnesville; two sisters Hazel Fournier of Saint John, Eileen Whitlock of Fredericton; one brother David Vosburgh (Dottie) of New Jersey; 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by grandson Curtis Collins and brother Edward Freeze. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Tuesday, 11:00 am, at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Barry officiating. Interment in Barnesville Presbyterian Cemetery. Memorials to Canadian Cancer Society, Kidney Foundation or Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated. Visiting 2-4pm and 7-9pm Monday.
