KOKS, CORNELIA - The death of Cornelia Koks, wife of the late Matthew Koks, occurred on April 30, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Velsen, Holland she was the daughter of the late Kees and Katrina (Kopps) Korthouwer. She and her husband moved to Canada in 1957 and she will be remembered as a supportive wife and loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her son Francis 'Bill' Wilhelmus Koks and his wife Barbara of Saint John, her granddaughters Cornelia Sparks (Rod) and Lisa Legere (Jason), and her great-grandson Ryan Legere. She was predeceased by her three brothers and three sisters. Following cremation at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), there will be a Memorial Mass on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at 12 noon, from St. Rose of Lima.
