Ivan Gordon Prosser POLLETT RIVER, NB - Ivan Gordon Prosser, of Pollett River, age 60, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at the Moncton Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born July 26, 1944 in Glenvale, he was a son of the late Lester and Alice (Lutes) Prosser. He worked for CN and as a consultant at Trenton Works in New Glasgow, NS. Ivan was a member of the Forest Glen United Baptist Church. He enjoyed stock car racing and drove at Riverglade Speedway. One of the most important things in his life was his family and he loved the time he spent with his granddaughter, Tiffany in New Glasgow. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Kay); children, Shelley Cain (Stephen) and Corey Prosser (Trudy); grand daughter, Tiffany Prosser; sisters, Shirley Prosser, Judy Seely; brother, Wayne Prosser (Joan); aunts, uncles, cousins, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Bertram; sister, Eleanor Young. By personal request, visiting hours will not be held. The funeral service will be held from the Petitcodiac Baptist Church, Saturday, May 7, 2005 at 1pm, Rev. R. Thomas and Rev. G. Cook officiating. The burial will be held at the Forest Glen Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac.
