Carmelinda Olga Picanza July 11, 1936 - May 04, 2005 PICANZA, Carmelinda Olga 68 years, peacefully May 4, 2005, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of 39 years to Antonio. Dearest mother of Luigi Picanza and Maria Marsella and her husband Domenic. Loving Nonna to Victoria and Olivia. Predeceased by her parents Raffaelo and Concettina Picanza. Dear sister of Luigi, Pasquale, Vincenzo and Giuseppe Picanza, Maria Donofrio and Rosina Tanzarella. Mrs. Picanza was a member of the Madonna di Cannetto at the Ciociaro Club, a member of the Maria SS del Rosario and the Ciociaro Ladies Bocciofila League. Visitation will be held from 7-9pm. Thurs. and 2-5 and 7-9pm. Friday. Parish prayers Friday at 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held Sat. May 7 at 9:15 am. from the Janisse Brothers Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave., 253-5225 To St. Patrick Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. A tree will be planted in memory of Carmelinda Picanza in the Janisse Bros Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
