Helen Nahnybida January 20, 1927 - May 02, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Glen Eden Funeral Home (Winnipeg) On Monday, May 2, 2005, Helen passed away peacefully at her residence. She leaves to mourn, her daughter Alicia and her husband Bill Hucul and her grandchildren; Jeffrey (Tanya), Laura (Brian) and Tracy (Shane), great-grandchildren; Macayla & Merrick Hucul, Braden Groot, Harley & Harris Jones. She also leaves behind two sisters; Ferne Chapman and Aurelia (Lou) Dernisky. She was predeceased by her husband Michael, her parents, one sister and three brothers. Helen was born in Arran Saskatchewan on January 20, 1927. On May 22, 1948 Mom and Dad were married. In 1951 we all moved to Winnipeg where she lived up to the time of her passing. Helen enjoyed gardening, puzzles and chasing the rabbits out of her garden. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and her many friends. Prayers will be said on Friday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m. also at Glen Eden.
