Aimee Pelletier (née Sarraillon) It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Aimée Pelletier on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at Taché Nursing Centre at the age of 99 years. Left to cherish her memory are her nieces and nephews: Paul (Joyce), Terry, Frank (Sue) Sarraillon, Lorraine Valois, and multiple great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Pelletier, her brothers: Michel (Angèle), Gaston, Gustave, Marius, Arthur (Florence), George (Rose) Sarraillon. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at Taché Nursing Centre for their compassionate care. A celebration of Aimée's life will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at La cathédrale de St. Boniface Basilaca, 190 avenue de La cathédrale with viewing one half hour prior. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. Pallbearers will be André Sarraillon, Paul Browning, Daniel Grauman, Roger, Jean-Paul, and Michel Valois. Aimée volunteered much of her time to various organizations well into her 80’s. She always said she was too busy to grow old. She donated to various charities throughout her life and in her memory contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
