GALLANT, IRENE HELEN The death of Irene Helen Gallant of Minto, NB occurred Thursday, May 12th, 2005 at home. Born in Moncton, NB she was the daughter of the late Gregoire and Evangeline (Gauvang) Noel. Survived by three sons alderic (Patsy) of Moncton, NB Henry (Carolyn) and Eddie (Elda) all of Minto, NB; daughters Corinne Daigle of Minto, NB, Rena Geneau (Bill) of Etobicoke, ON and Dianne Daigle (Ovila) of Ripples; 21 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Irene was predeceased by her husband Theodore Gallant; a brother Azor Noel; a sister Simone Noel; granddaughter Anita Daigle. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home 327-3490 with visiting on Friday from 24 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 noon Saturday, May 14th, 2005 from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father P. Stephen officiating. Interment will take place in the St. Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB. [Daily Gleaner]
