Alcide Bourgeois 170505 l'Acadie Nouvelle - 18 mai 2005 - À l’Hôpital Lake Shore de Pointe-Claire, le lundi 16 mai 2005, à l’âge de 63 ans, est décédé subitement Alcide Bourgeois, époux de Carolle Barry. Il était fils de feu Hinton Bourgeois et Cécilia Chiasson. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil huit soeurs: Anne-Marie (Roland Gilbert) de la Villa Saint-Joseph et Jeanne (Raoul Losier), toutes deux de Tracadie-Sheila, Hélène (feu Albert Downing) de Saint-Léolin, Stella (Paul Losier) de Hamilton, Ont., Thérèse (Richard St-Amand) de Pointe-aux-Trembles, Edith (Théo Duguay) de Stoney Creek, Ont., Marcella (Gilles Poirier) et Yvette (feu Fernand Morais), toutes deux de Terrebonne, ainsi que quatre frères: Gérard (Pauline Lanteigne), Antonio (Jeanne Beaulieu) et Euclide (Louise Brossoit), tous de Montréal et Yvon (France Chrétien) de Rivière-des-Prairies. Les funérailles auront lieu au Jardin Rideau à Pierrefonds, boulevard des Sources, le jeudi 19 mai, à 15h.5BOURGEOIS, Alcide. He leaves behind his sisters-in-law Linda (her spouse and Alcide's best friend Jerry), Danielle, his nephews Jamie and Jordan Schmerer, his mother-in-law Velita Berry, his faithful companion Billie, his brothers and sisters Anne-Marie (Roland Gilbert), Jeanne (Raoul Losier), Helene (late Albert Downing), Gerard (Pauline Lanteigne), Tony (Jeanne Beaulieu), Stella (Paul Losier), Marcella (Gilles Poirier), Euclide (Louise Brossoit), Therese (Richard St-Amant), Edith (Theo Duguay), Yvon (France Chretien), Yvette (late Fernand Morais), the late Jean, the late Pierre, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was the son of the late Cecilia and James Anthony Bourgeois. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., Dollard des Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the Rideau Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
