Marion A. Foster 1924 - 2005 SHEDIAC CAPE, NB - Marion Audrey Foster, 80, of Route 134, Shediac Cape, NB passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, May 15, 2005. Born in Lewisville on December 15, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Lena (Elliott) Killam. Marion was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an active member of St. Martin's-in-the-Woods Anglican Church, Shediac Cape, serving with the Anglican Church Women, Ladies Guild and quilting Group. She was also a member of the Silver Sands Senior Club, and enjoyed teaching Sunday School in her earlier years. Marion will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lois (Hugh) Bateman; grandchildren, Tracy (Walter) Prince, Martin (Candy) Bateman; great grandchildren, Lynn, Tristen, Arlena, Samantha, Allyson, Zachary; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Alvin L. Foster in 1985; two brothers, Donald and Gerald; and one sister, Enid. No visitation by request. Funeral Service at St. Martin's-in-the-Woods, Shediac Cape, Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 2:00 pm, the Venerable M.D. Berry officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Following the service, family and friends are invited to the church hall for a time of fellowship. In Marion's memory, donations to the Church Army in Canada (1-888-3168169) or charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Passage Funeral Cooperative, 3754 Rte 134, Shediac Bridge, 532-1050. [Times & Transcript]
