William John Sawers July 15, 1942 - May 15, 2005 Kingston Funeral arrangements by Gordon F Tompkins Funeral Homes (Township Chapel) Quietly at home surrounded by his loving family and dear friends, William John Sawers in his 63rd year. Dearly loved husband of Carol Anne (Crellian) for 39 years. Beloved father of Sandra (Loren), and Paul. Cherished “Poppa” to grandchildren Timothy and Elizabeth. Dearest brother of Sally Morin. Survived by his mother-in-law Myrla Crellian, sisters-in-law Kathy Barnes (John), Laurie Jetty (Terry), Wendy Spofford, brother-in-law Michael Crellian and sister-in-law Karen. Dearest friends of 40 years to Edward and Sharon McDonald and their loving family. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by his parents William and Grace Sawers, and brothers-in-law Robert Morin and Edward Crellian. The family will receive friends at Township Chapel of Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) on Wednesday May 18, 2005 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Liturgy of the Word to be held at our Chapel on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Father John Grainger officiating. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Kingston Regional Cancer Clinic or Stem Cell Transplant Unit of the Kingston General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
