Michael Anthony Paliwoda September 03, 1933 - May 12, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home On May 12, 2005 Michael Paliwoda passed away at the age of 71 years. Mike is survived by three sons; Chris (Cheryl), Curtis (Alida) and Carey (Kim), two grandchildren; Aaron and Samantha, sisters; Helen and Mary, brothers; Andy and Tony. A prayer service will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Chapel 16204-Fort Road, Edmonton. Funeral Service to be held Monday, May 16, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Chapel.
