EVANS, STEWART ALBERT - The death of Stewart Albert Evans, husband of the late Madeline (Boyle) Evans, occurred on May 19, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late Albert J. and Nellie May (Kincade) Evans. He was employed with the City of Saint John, Local # 18, with the Sanitation Department. He was an avid Bingo player. He is survived by his children Margery Hill (Kenny) of Quispamsis, Pam Lucas (George) of Saint John, Hazel Johnston (Lyle) of Sarnia, ON, Terry (Debbie) of Saint John, Patsy Brilla (Ray) of Niagara Falls, ON, Ellen Benson (Al) of Saint John, Albert (Maureen) of Saint John, Donna Joyce (Kenneth) of Saint John, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents he was predeceased by his sons Doug and Donald and by his sister Christina Evans. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at 2:15 pm, from Brenans Chapel. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery.
