DOPKE, Jean Margaret - Passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday February 3, 2005, after a courageous struggle with cancer, surrounded by her family, Jean Margaret Dopke in her 75th year. Much loved wife of 53 years to Leon Dopke. Cherished mother of Maria Green of Oakville, Victor (Cheryl) Dopke, Diane (Einar) Brusdeilins and Christopher Dopke, all of Niagara Falls. Devoted Nana of Angela (Khalil), Michael, Craig, Chae-lyn, Patrick, Alisha, Peter, Kailee and Aaron. Very special great-grandmother of Christopher, Eric and special new addition Skyler. Dear sister of the late Betty Burns of England. Jean was a member of St. Patrick's Church C.W.L. for over forty years and a much dedicated volunteer at G.N.G.H for over four years. She also helped tremendously with the Cancer Society selling daffodils. Friends are invited to call at the Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St. visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. The Vigil for Jean will be celebrated Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
