ESSEX, Bruce William - Suddenly, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday February 26, 2005 Bruce William Essex of Niagara Falls went to be with his Lord at the age of 53. Sadly missed by his dear friend and beloved partner Bob Hardison. Dear son of Irene Gilbert and Gord Othmer. Very dear grandson of the late Roy and Beatrice Essex. Dearly loved brother of Susan and Linny, Lynn and Tom, Darin and Marg, Randy and Cindy and the late Debbie Gilbert. Dear nephew of Carol and Roy Collver, Laurel and John Collins, Flo and Jack Carrigan, Roger Essex , Pat Essex and the late Jerry and Ted Essex. He will be deeply missed by his mother-in-law Edna and the late Edward Hardison and his in-laws Dennis and Katharine Jedd, Patricia and Butch Carrick, Joan and Douglas Gregory, Michael and Patricia Hardison. He will be sadly missed by five generations of nieces and nephews as well as by his dear friends Melody Kaine and Jackie Van Wynen, Gerry Frank and so many others too numerous to mention here. Friends are invited to call at the Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St. visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral service in celebration of Bruce's life will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lundy's Lane Cemetery. In memory of Bruce, donations to Tender Wishes would be appreciated by his family.
