FINCH, Eugene E. - Of Fort Erie, passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 4, 2005 at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by his wife Marjorie Finch. Sadly missed by his son Ray and wife Ruth of Fort Erie and granddaughters Sarah and husband Jason Wood of Niagara Falls and Ellie and husband Kevin Firth of St. Catharines. Also survived by his brothers Alan Finch and wife Dorothy of Lexington, Kentucky and Rev. Ross Finch of Niagara Falls as well as 2 nephews and a niece. The Finch Family will receive visitors at the Fort Erie Chapel of the Davidson Funeral Homes, 21 Wintemute St., on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. as well as Monday, March 7, 2005 from 10:00 a.,m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 165 Bertie St., with Rev. Andrew Doherty officiating. Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Rural Life Mission, Hagersville.
