BUCKBOROUGH, Harold Weyburn - On Friday March 25, 2005, Harold Buckborough of Edmonton, Alberta, formerly of Niagara Falls, and St. Catharines, passed away suddenly at age 75. Harold will be sadly missed by loving daughter, Sharon Buckborough and grandchildren, Jonathan (Vanessa), Cheyenne and Makayla Buckborough, all of Edmonton. Grandchildren Michael and Karen Buckborough, Joseph Toth, Brandon Ross; great granddaughter Paige Buckborough, all of Niagara Falls; granddaughter Maliny of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Also dearly missed by his extended family in Cambodia, sons Nick and Nath, and their families. He is also survived by son Bruce Buckborough, daughters Bev Ross, Donna (Kevin) Toth, brother of Cecil (Mary), Madeline (Harvey) Copeland, Leta (Chuck) Demarsh, June (Bill) Hambly. Special friend of Boris (Marylou) Chetybuk, Mr. Hak and family, all of St. Catharines, Ethel Lowes, Niagara Falls, Ben Newman, and the Raymond family, all of Edmonton. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Harold is predeceased by his wife Marion (1991), his parents Arthur and Nickla, and his sisters Edna Akrigg and Lila Lowe. Resting at the funeral chapel of Hetherington & Deans, 5176 Victoria Ave., where the family will receive friends Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday 2-4 and 6-8. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday April 4, 2005, at 11 a.m., with Dame Elizabeth Lockhart Manker officiating. Interment Fairview Cemetery.
