Dal Bianco, Ida - We celebrate her life and honour the memory of Ida (Vanin) Dal Bianco who passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Friday April 29, 2005 in her 101st year. Dearly loved mother of Pauline and Jack Forlin, Regina Crowther and Nora and Lawrence Becevel. Cherished grandmother of David Forlin, Edith Forlin (Mary Ann), Janet (Kim) Dhaliwal, Kathryn (Michael) Edwards, Barbara (Barry) Tibbitts, Daniel Becevel and Deanna (Greg) Steel. Lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren Charles and Alexander, Thomas and Andrea, Tyler and Kyle, Chloe and Matt. Awaiting her in heaven with loving arms are her late husband Emanuele (1949), son Eugene (1950), grandson James (2002), son-in-law John (1984) and her eleven brothers and sisters in Italy, France and Canada. She will also be reunited with many beloved relatives and friends. Friends are invited to call at the Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St. visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Scapular Church. Interment will follow at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Vigil for Mrs. Dal Bianco will be celebrated Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In memory of Mrs. Dal Bianco donations to the Canadian Red Cross or St. Elizabeth Health Care would be appreciated by her family.
