COOSABOOM, LEEMAN E. - The death of Mr. Leeman E. Coosaboom, loving husband of Verda G. (Payne) Coosaboom, of Red Head, occurred on Sunday May 22, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1926 in Grand Manan, he was the son of the late Allan and Clara (Brown) Cossaboom. Leeman was a welder for the Saint John Ship Building for many years. Besides his loving wife Verda, he is survived by three daughters Brenda Louise Cossaboom, Nancy Lynn Stevens and Janice Anne Richard, one brother Marvin Coosaboom, two sisters Hazel McLaren, and Alta Pearson, three grandchildren Trevor Richard, Crystal Richard and Paul Stevens. Besides his parents a grandchild Cynthia Cossaboom predeceased him. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road Saint John, NB (646-2424) with visitations on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday May 26th, 2005 at 11am. Following cremation interment will take place in Bloomisher Cemetery, Grand Harbour, Grand Manan at a later date. Donations made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
