Alex Dorma Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home DORMA, Alex passed away peacefully in Regina surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, May 22, 2005 at the age of 82 years. Alex was predeceased by his parents Ivor and Elma Dorma; sister Ingrid Tomlin; brothers: Martin, Ralph and Bernard Dorma; uncle Eino Matley; and sister-in-law Emily Dorma. Alex is survived by his wife Lavina; children Elma (Tim) Shoulak, Suzanne Dorma (Darrell Prohor), Everett Dorma, Steven Dorma and Alex Dorma; daughter-in-law, Valerie Phillips; grandchildren: Christa (Roy) Seitz, Nicole Shoulak (Mike Cotcher), Arthur Dorma, William Prohor-Dorma, Steven Dorma, Michael Dorma, Ali Shoulak, Destiny Bitternose, Sadie George, Emerson George, Alex Dorma; great-grandchildren Ashley and Tyden Seitz; sisters Esther (Gus) Greening and Ann (Al) Hall; sisters-in-law Lillian Dorma, Caroline Wasacase and Ruth (George) Henry; brother-in-law Wilbert Henry as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you is extended to the doctors and nurses at the Neurological Unit of the Regina General Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit of the Pasqua Hospital. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in Alex’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 2360 – 2nd Avenue, Regina, SK S4R 1A6.
