Saul W. LEITH

LEITH, Bill (Saul W.) Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29th, 2005. Beloved husband and best friend for 42 years of Phyllis (Cohen), cherished father of Jordan (Laurie) and David (Lisa). Loving Zadie of Sydney, Nicole and Amy. He will be sadly missed by brother-in-law Joel (Shelley) and nephews Jason and Mitchell. Born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, the only child of the late Charles and Ethel (Epstein) Leith. He will be fondly remembered by his many dear cousins and friends. As a Vice-President of the Quickie Convenience Stores Ltd. for 28 years, he will be remembered by all of his associates as "Poppa Bill", brother, mentor, teacher and friend. Funeral will be held Monday, May 2nd, at 2:00 p.m. at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue. Shiva will be observed at 24 Burnbank Street. The family expresses our deepest gratitude to all for their outpouring of love and support especially the "angels" on 5E - Palliative Care Unit at Elizabeth Bruyere who provided Bill with such tender and compassionate care.
