MacDONELL, Duncan "Roy" (Bell Canada - Retired) Peacefully, with family at his side Sunday, May 1, 2005 in his 78th year. Survived by his wife Audrey (Jordan) and children Jeffrey of Vancouver, Stuart (Joanne) and Susan McGarrity (Michael) of Orleans and was the "Best Ever POPPY" of Kelly, Kimberly, Matthew, Elizabeth, Alexander, Dylan and Sarah. Predeceased by parents Sarah and Duncan MacDonell (former Ottawa Police Chief) and brothers Stuart, Glen and Bennett. A special thank you to the staff at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus and the compassionate care providers at Granite Ridge and Laurier Manor Nursing Homes.
