John William FOOTE

FOOTE, John William, MD It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Foote MD FRCS (C) on April 26, 2005 at age 67 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born in New Haven, CT, and raised in Montreal, he was Assistant Professor of Surgery at McGill University, Chief of Urology at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and a urologist at The Royal Victoria HOspital. Survived by his wife Jennifer and his five children Andrew Foote, John Foote, Tim Foote, Valerie Foote Rogers, and Rod Foote. Also survived by his sisters Joan Ann Craigie, Jill Conrod, Jennifer Gilfillian, June Slakov, Wendy Cummings, and Pam Coupland and nine grandchildren. Predeceased by his mother JOan Francis Buckley and his father William Rodgers Foote. John was an exceptionally kind and caring husband, father, grandfather, surgeon, teacher, and friend. He will be so very missed by many. A Funeral Service was held in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
