OBITUARY JOHN GEORGE LORD Passed away at home on April 29, 2005. Devoted husband to Muriel, beloved father and friend to Lorna, proud Pops to Jaime (Clinton), Jacqui (Josh) and Jennifer. Great-grandfather to Jacob, James and Jonathan. Survived by his loving sister Adelaide. He was preceded in death by his son Keith. George was a surrogate father and grandfather to many. A memorial service will be held at the Chateauguay Legion, 39 Gilmour Street on Wednesday, May 4 at 4 p.m. followed by a reception celebrating his life. A graveside ceremony will be held this summer in PEI. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Branch 108 Royal Canadian Legion.
