McFARLANE, Kathleen Isabel Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Sunday, April 24, 2005. Kathleen Isabel McFarlane (nee Cox) of Morrisburg, formerly of Montreal in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late John McFarlane (2000). Loving mother of Bruce (Evelyn) of Brandon. Cherished grandmother of Andrew (Heuwon) Herbst of Ottawa, Tom (Inge) Herbst of Heidelberg, Germany, Steven (Heather Wright) McFarlane of Calgary, Martin (Penny) McFarlane of Kingston and Kirsten McFarlane (Anthony Weenink) of Winnipeg. Dear great-grandmother of Matthew and Tim Herbst of Heidelberg, Germany, Jade McFarlane of Calgary, Nicholas and Tyler McFarlane of Kingston, Tolian and Finnian Weenink of Winnipeg. Sadly missed by her sister-in-law Martha Brown of Montreal. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Doreen Herbst, son-in-law John Herbst, sisters Marion and Margaret Cox, Edna and Eileen Bullock, brothers Michael and Rue Cox. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Hartford Retirement Centre, 3 Fifth Street, West, Morrisburg on Saturday, May 7, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Skinner officiating. Reception to follow. Inurnment in Montreal at a later date. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice gratefully acknowledged.
