AZERAD, Giacomo (Jacques). Surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 5, 2005 in his ninetieth year. Beloved husband of Sarah Israel. Devoted father and father-in-law of Denise and Ben Rouben, Liliane and Norman Goldman, Isaac Azerad and Sylvie Lemieux. Cherished "Nono Jacques" of Ronnie and Ivy, Dan, and Joanna Goldman, Caroline Rouben, Stevie Rouben. Proud great grandfather of Stephanie and Alex Goldman. Predeceased by his brother and sister. He will be greatly missed by all of his relatives and friends. Many thanks to the compassionate nursing staff at the Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion.
