FORMICA, Rosina (Mendicino) Suddenly in Belgium on Thursday, April 7, 2005. Born October 9, 1925. Beloved wife of Mario Formica. Her children, Maria Cuglietta (Carmine) and Claudio Formica (Pina) will be holding a mass in honour of Rosina at 8 p.m. on Monday May 9, 2005 at St. Anthony's Church, 427 Booth St, Ottawa.
