OBITUARY JACQUELINE CHAMANDY 1937 - 2005 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jackie on May 6, 2005. She fought a courageous battle until the end. She is pre-deceased by her brother Harley Chamandy, her mother Josephine Chamandy, and her father Joseph Chamandy. Those left behind to honour her life are: her son Bruce Rossy (Rana Abinajem), daughter Karen Rossy, sister Nadine Chamandy (Bernard Rabot), sister-in-law Shirley Chamandy (George Ayoub) and her beloved companion and best friend Roderick Shergold. Nanny will be especially missed by her six grandchildren: Lauren David, Lindsay David, Thomas David, Emily David, Andrew and Matthew Rossy as well as countless aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and business associates. She will also be fondly remembered by Raymond Rossy and Arthur Laham. She was proud to be a member of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board and we wish to thank her colleagues for their support. And finally, to the nurses at the Royal Victoria Oncology Day Center. You compassion and love eased in the last two and a half years. Dr. Petr Kavan and Dr. Antonio Vigano - together you were the angels that guided us all with hope and honesty. The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie, 1255 Beaumont, Town of Mount Royal on Sunday, May 8 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St George Orthodox Church, 555 Jean Talon East at 11 a.m. Monday, May 9, with visitation one hour prior to services.
