RECTOR, Edith Alberta (nee Killen) RNA Retired May 14, 1918 - May 07, 2005 Very peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Harvey Rector. Will be sadly missed by her favourite child: Marilyn (John) Stokes of Lyndhurst, Ontario, Thomas (Linda) of California, USA, Karen (Tim) Death of Sydenham, Ontario, Michael (Joanne) of Surrey B.C. and Gordon (Cheryl) of Oxford Station, Ontario. Lovingly remembered by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Also missing her will be her friends. Her life was all about loving and giving, especially to her family and friends. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road), Nepean on Monday, May 9, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held for Edith at the Dartmouth Memorial Gardens in the summer of 2005. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
