Dorothy Margaret DODDS

STOOKE, Dorothy Margaret (Dodds) 1914 to 2005 Peacefully at Extendicare / Medex in Ottawa, on Saturday May 7, 2005. Predeceased by her parents James Thomas Dodds, Dublin, Ireland Frances Agnes Spurgeon, South Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne UK, her sister and six brothers, her husband John Peter Stooke and son Donovan Peter Stooke. She is survived by her son J. R. (Dick) Stooke (Joan), granddaughter Kathryn Bartlett, grandson Michael (Janet) and great-grandchildren Nicole, Benjamin and Sarah. A private family service followed by cremation will take place in Ottawa. A special thank you for their exceptional care and kindness goes to all the 2nd floor staff of Extendicare / Medex. A graveside service for internment of remains will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg, Manitoba. After interment a celebration will be held to remember the good times.
