Ronald Robert Cecil SCHARF

SCHARF, Ronald Robert Cecil 1930 - 2005 Of Calgary, Alberta and formerly of Ottawa, Ontario, Ronald Scharf passed away on March 4, 2005. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Colleen; daughters Karen (Clifford) Tierney, Jo-Anne (Gary) Munro; and son Lawrence; granddaughters Erin, Jessica-Lynn, Rebecca; and great-granddaughter Mary-Jane. He is also survived by his sisters Norma (Norman) Wagorn and Helen Allen. Predeceased by his brother Earl. Ron is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many cherished friends. A long time member of the I.O.O.B. and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 284, Calgary and Branch No. 462, Eastview. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Thursday, May 19 after 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment of urn at St. George's Cemetery, Hawthorne. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Asssociation would be appreciated by the family.
