DAGENAIS, Thelma Kathleen Thelma Kathleen Craig in her 85th year, peacefully taken with her family by her side on Sunday, May 15, 2005 at Smiths Falls Community Hospital. Eldest of the family of the late John and Eva Craig. Wife of the late Adelard Dagenais. Mother of Lynda (Elie) Bertrand, Essex, Sue Hull, Smiths Falls, the late Denise Dagenais and Darlene (Marg Kerr) Dagenais, Smiths Falls. Grandmother of Kristie (Rob) Breaton, Essex, Jodi (Henri) Nikkel, Calgary, Justin (Sylvia) Hull, Hamilton and great-grandmother of Sorcha Breaton, Tyler Hull, Rhiannon and Aurora Nikkel. Grieving also are surviving brothers and sisters Evon (Muriel) Craig, Eva Jackson, Marion Craig, Clifford (Kay) Craig, Terry Craig, Garry (Theresa) Craig and Bonnie (Ray) Harper all of Smiths Falls and many nieces and nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. A devoted wife and mother, she spent her early career years in banking in Ottawa before achieving her registration as an RNA and receiving long service awards from the Smiths Fall Community Hospitals. She was also specially recognized by Avon Canada with a Lifetime Achievement award for 54 years of continuous service as a Sales Representative. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18th, 2005. Interment at St. Francis de Sales Parish Cemetery.
