NICHOLS, Robert W. "Bob" Peacefully in hospital, Perth on Saturday, May 21st, 2005 with his loving wife at his side, following a courageous battle with cancer. Robert William Nichols (45 years of dedicated service to the Brown Shoe Company of Canada Ltd.) in his 64th year. Son of the late William P. and Jean (MacDonald) Nichols. Beloved husband of Sue (Wright) Nichols; devoted father of Bill (Christina) Nichols. Dear brother of Marsha (Arthur) McNaughton of Kanata and their family Duncan (Tara) and Rob. Bob will be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law Norm (Claudette) Wright of Perth and their family Jim (Cindy), Gerry (Stephanie) and Debbie (Terry) Dodds and by Terry (Sharon) Wright of Whitby and their family, Tim (Stacey) and Joe, his cousin Gerry (Lynne) Gordon of Ottawa, all his family and many friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth on Monday, May 23rd, 2005 from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the St. James Anglican Church, Perth on Tuesday, May 24th at 11:00 a.m. In remembrance, contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre or the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
