MULLIGAN, Elmer H. November 1, 1926 - May 20, 2005 Peacefully at Granite Ridge in Stittsville after a long illness on Friday, May 20, 2005, Elmer Harry Mulligan in his 79th year, born in South Onslow, Quebec, longtime resident of Aylmer, Quebec and more recently Stittsville. Loving son of the late Henry Mulligan and Oscelia Bradley. Loving husband of Marilyn Fay Reid and dear father of Keith (Karlene), David (Nancy), Joy (Richard) Dorion and Mel (Sandy). Cherished grandfather of Kirsten, Kayla, Chelsea, Lee, Peter, Stephanie (Sacha), Katie (Kiel), Greg (Erin) and Chris (Jill). Doting great-grandfather of Hunter, Kalem and Zachary. He will be sadly missed by brother Lynden (Iris) and sisters Elva (Elwin) Reid, Amy (Gordon) Belford; predeceased by Doris (Brendan) McNally, Rita (Ken) Draper and Lois (Craig) Bradley. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Thirty-four year service employee of the N.C.C.
